This triple crème cheese packs a powerful one-two punch. It starts with pasteurized goat's milk for a lemony tang and is enriched with fatty Jersey cow's milk cream for a mushroom-like, buttery, decadent paste.

Our fillets are gently smoked to retain their natural moisture and flaky texture. Perfect for salads and appetizers. Twin pack size is 5.9oz (each fillet is +/- 3oz).
