Battenkill Valley Creamery milk is all natural, no pesticides, no artificial growth hormones, no insecticides, and no RBST. The cows are feed grass, corn, grains and hay. The cream top it is pasteurized but it is NOT homogenized. All of the cream rises to the top, it is whole milk (fat %.).  

This triple crème cheese packs a powerful one-two punch. It starts with pasteurized goat's milk for a lemony tang and is enriched with fatty Jersey cow's milk cream for a mushroom-like, buttery, decadent paste.

This cheese pairs well with blood orange marmalades, pickled spruce tips, or a vibrant local honey as well as amber ales or mead.
