From the great cheese makers at Nettle Meadow comes this luxurious jersey cow triple creme cheese. Infused with a hint of NYS Apple Jack brandy this cheese is buttery and smooth. This cheese pairs well with blood orange marmalades, pickled spruce tips, or a vibrant local honey as well as amber ales or mead.

Our smokehouse smokes fresh sustainably-raised Atlantic salmon onsite everyday. All of our smoked salmon varieties are all-natural, use no preservatives, and are never frozen before or after smoking. We don’t stock an inventory of smoked salmon—we receive our fish directly from the airport and after inspection it goes right into our smoking process and then out the door to be delivered to our customers.

The Piedmontese Sirloin Fillet comes from the larger part of the T-bone, where the strip steaks come from. Cut from the top sirloin, this is the leanest, most tender part, similar to a fillet mignon. What makes this perfection option is its quick cooking time and tenderness without the hefty price tag.
