The Maple Cranberry granola (formally named Nut Free) from Back Roads contains no nuts but is not recommended for anyone with nut allergies or sensitivities.  We add an abundance of pure Vermont maple syrup to ramp up the flavor.  4 grams of sugar per serving and no sodium.
