Locally produced in Cohoes, NY this goat camembert is a lovely cheese crafted in the capital district of upstate NY. Within the bloomy-rind rounds is a luscuous tangy paste with a buttery finish. Pairs with many wines particularly a sancerre or pouily-fume. If beer is your preference, a berliner weisse or other wheat beer will do nicely.
