Wild Muse cheese from North Country Creamery is a small-batch, artisanal cheese made from 100% grass-fed cow’s milk. It’s a washed-curd, washed-rind cheese aged for about 3–4 months, which gives it a wonderfully complex flavor profile.

The texture is semi-firm yet creamy, with a golden-orange rind that develops from the washing process, which encourages the growth of flavorful surface cultures. The taste is rich, tangy, and earthy with a hint of nuttiness and a pleasantly savory finish — a cheese that’s both approachable and sophisticated.

It pairs beautifully with crusty bread, fresh fruit, nuts, or charcuterie and is fantastic on a cheese board or melted into dishes.
